These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and n7771 ("n7771", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at n7771.net and its associated subdomains and mobile interfaces.

By completing the registration process, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise accessing any feature of the n7771 platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms. Your continued use of the platform following any published amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms apply to all services offered through n7771, including but not limited to: sports betting (PBA, NBA, international boxing, volleyball, football, sabong, golf, and other markets), live casino, slots, bingo, and any promotional activities offered from time to time.

In this Agreement, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless context requires otherwise:

• "Account" means the individual registered account created by a User on the n7771 platform.
• "Balance" means the total of deposited funds and credited winnings held in a User's Account, net of withdrawals and wagers.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, free bet, cashback, or non-cash incentive granted by n7771 to a User's Account subject to applicable promotional terms.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification procedures required to confirm a User's identity, age, and source of funds.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the national government agency responsible for regulating gaming activities in the Philippines.
• "Platform" means the n7771 website, mobile site, and any related applications or services operated by n7771.
• "Wager" means any bet, stake, or game play placed by a User using Account funds on any product available through the n7771 platform.

To be eligible to register and maintain an account on n7771, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis thereafter:

1. You are at least 21 years of age;
2. You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law;
3. You are not a resident or citizen of a jurisdiction where accepting bonuses or placing wagers online is prohibited;
4. You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for, or on behalf of, any third party;
5. You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of any employee or contractor of n7771;
6. You have not previously been self-excluded from n7771 or had an account terminated for breach of these Terms;
7. You are not included on any government-mandated exclusion list applicable to gaming platforms operating in the Philippines.

n7771 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by n7771 may result in temporary suspension or permanent closure of your Account.

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered Account on the n7771 platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of balances.

During registration you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You agree to maintain and promptly update this information if it changes.

As part of our KYC process and in compliance with PAGCOR's requirements for responsible gaming and anti-money laundering, n7771 may request the following documents before processing withdrawals or at any point during the account lifecycle:

• Government-issued photo identification (Philippine National ID, passport, driver's licence, SSS/GSIS card, or equivalent);
• Proof of current residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or barangay certificate issued within the last three months);
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of registered GCash or PayMaya account showing matching name);
• Source of funds declaration where transactions exceed thresholds set by applicable regulations.

Accounts that remain unverified beyond sixty (60) days of registration may be restricted from withdrawals until KYC is completed to n7771's satisfaction.

All financial transactions on the n7771 platform are processed in Philippine Peso (₱). The following terms apply to deposits and withdrawals:

5.1 Deposits. n7771 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, Mastercard, and USDT. The minimum deposit is ₱200. Deposits are ordinarily credited to your Account within minutes of successful processing, subject to the processing times of the relevant payment provider. n7771 does not charge a fee on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may impose their own transaction fees.

5.2 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, or to an alternative verified method at n7771's discretion. Minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. Standard withdrawals are processed within one (1) business day following completion of KYC verification. n7771 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.

5.3 Failed Transactions. In the event a deposit fails after funds have been debited from your payment account, n7771 will investigate and, where confirmed, credit the amount to your Account or arrange a refund within five (5) business days. Contact our support team with your transaction reference number.

5.4 Currency Conversion. USDT deposits are converted to Philippine Peso at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of processing. n7771 is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations between the time of deposit and the time of withdrawal conversion.

n7771 offers various bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players from time to time. All promotional offers are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published alongside individual offers:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players aged 21 years or older only;
• Each promotion specifies a wagering requirement that must be satisfied before Bonus Funds or associated winnings may be withdrawn;
• Bonus Funds cannot be withdrawn until applicable wagering requirements are met in full;
• Minimum odds and game contribution rates apply to wagering requirements — please refer to individual offer terms;
• Each promotion has a stated validity period; Bonus Funds and associated wagering requirements that are not completed within this period will be forfeited automatically;
• Only one (1) welcome bonus may be claimed per household, device, IP address, or payment method;
• n7771 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time with reasonable notice where practicable;
• Any attempt to exploit or abuse a promotional offer — including but not limited to hedging bets, using multiple accounts, or coordinating with other players — will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account termination.

All sports bets placed on n7771 are governed by the specific rules applicable to each sport and market, as published within the platform's sports betting section. In the event of any conflict between general terms and sport-specific rules, the sport-specific rules prevail.

7.1 Bet Acceptance. A wager is only valid once confirmed by the n7771 system and a unique bet reference number has been issued. n7771 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any wager at its reasonable discretion, including where a technical error has resulted in manifestly incorrect odds being displayed.

7.2 Void Bets. A bet may be declared void in the event of: event cancellation; abandonment of an event before the relevant market's settlement point; force majeure; or confirmed system error. Void bets are refunded to the Account Balance at the original stake amount.

7.3 Live In-Play Betting. Live betting markets may be suspended at any time during an event. Bets placed during a suspension period will be voided. n7771 is not liable for delays in live data feeds that may result in a wager being placed on stale information.

7.4 Casino & Slot Games. All casino games and slot titles available on n7771 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Results are independently audited for fairness. Game rules are accessible within each individual game interface. In the event of a disconnection during a live casino game, the hand or round will be resolved according to the game's documented disconnection policy.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the n7771 platform:

• Registering more than one Account or using another person's Account;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any time;
• Using automated software, bots, artificial intelligence, or any technological aid to place bets or influence game outcomes;
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the platform;
• Colluding with other players, including in live poker, bingo, or other multiplayer environments;
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any corruption of sporting events;
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring transactions to avoid reporting thresholds, or any other activity that violates the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) of the Philippines;
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing n7771 staff or other users through any channel;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or reproduce any part of the n7771 platform without written authorisation.

All content on the n7771 platform — including but not limited to the n7771 name, logo, trademarks, website design, graphics, text, software, game content, and data compilations — is the exclusive property of n7771 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. No content from the n7771 platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or commercially exploited without the prior written consent of n7771.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, n7771 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings due to technical failure; delays in payment processing; interruptions to service availability; or losses arising from reliance on inaccurate odds or data.

n7771's total aggregate liability to any User in respect of any claim shall not exceed the value of funds held in that User's Account at the time the claim arose.

Nothing in this Agreement excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

The collection, use, and storage of your personal information is governed by the n7771 Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. By accepting these Terms you also accept the Privacy Policy.

n7771 processes personal data in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) of the Philippines and applicable data protection regulations. Your data will not be sold to third parties. It may be shared with payment processors, identity verification services, and regulatory authorities as required by law.

n7771 provides the following responsible gaming tools, available to all Account holders at no charge:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your Account;
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a set period of continuous play;
• Take a Break: Temporarily suspend your Account for a period of your choosing (24 hours to 6 weeks);
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the n7771 platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

13.1 Closure by You. You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting the n7771 support team. Upon closure, any remaining verified Account Balance (excluding non-withdrawable Bonus Funds) will be refunded to your nominated payment method following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

13.2 Closure by n7771. n7771 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion and without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to believe that you have breached these Terms, provided false information, engaged in fraudulent activity, or where continued operation of the Account would expose n7771 to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk.

13.3 Effect of Termination. Upon termination of your Account for breach of these Terms, all Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from wagering conducted in violation of these Terms shall be forfeited. n7771 may retain Account records as required by applicable law and PAGCOR regulations.

n7771 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Users via email notification to the address on file and/or a prominent notice displayed on the platform for a period of not less than seven (7) days prior to the amendment taking effect, except where immediate change is required to comply with legal or regulatory obligations.

Your continued use of the n7771 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept an amendment, you must cease using the platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 13.1.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

In the event of a dispute between you and n7771, you are encouraged to first contact our customer support team, who will make every reasonable effort to resolve the matter amicably within five (5) business days. If a resolution cannot be reached through informal means, the dispute shall be referred to the appropriate regulatory or judicial authority in the Philippines as determined by applicable law.

Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer under Philippine law.
